If you want to foster an engaging culture of continuous growth, incorporating an open and honest communication is the key. If employees are exposed to open communication consistently, there will be trust within the organization and no complications within the team. Or, if you’re remote, you might set up a video call for presentations and use team collaboration tools to work on activities together.

When you communicate face-to-face, 70–90% of what you intend is communicated through body language, tone of voice, and facial expressions. Remote workers lack that level. An urgent message meant to be productive will be cold. A wait in responding will be perceived as not caring.
